Program Description

Under the revised CFIDP 2024-2028, PhilMech is mandated to take FULL CONTROL of the Shared Facilities for Processing (SFP) program . From design to construction to equipment procurement and installation. This is a key revision from the original CFIDP (2022) where DPWH was separately tasked with building construction and PhilMech with equipment, which caused delays.

Eligibility

Who Can Avail?

Eligible Coconut Farmer Cooperatives That Are:
Financially stable with good management
Cooperative membership of over 100 members (depending on project cost)
CDA-Registered AND PCA-accredited
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

What To Prepare

Feasibility study and/or business plan
Validation criteria compliance
CDA Certificate of Registration (for cooperatives)
PCA accreditation documents
Legal requirements (DENR clearances, LGU endorsements, etc.)
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PhilMech and partner agencies

Where to File or Send Request

Submit project proposals to PCA Regional Office / Central Office in coordination with PhilMech and CDA/DTI counterparts.
