Who We Are
Republic Act No. 11524, also known as the Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund (CFITF) Act, was enacted in February 2021. The law aims to manage and utilize the coconut levy funds (Trust Funds) for the benefit of coconut farmers and their organizations, promoting their welfare and strengthening the coconut industry’s resilience.

Establishes the Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund to promote the welfare of coconut farmers, their families, and organizations while driving sustainable, inclusive growth for the Philippine coconut industry through a comprehensive five-year development plan.

CFITF ACT
Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund Act (Republic Act No. 11524)
Ang CFITF Act o Republic Act No. 11524 ay naisabatas noong 2021. Layunin nito na mapabuti ang pamumuhay ng mga magsasaka ng niyog sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng iba’t ibang programa, proyekto, at serbisyo na magpapataas sa kanilang ani at kita sa loob ng 50 taon.
Sa ilalim ng batas, ipapatupad ng labin-limang (15) ahensya ng pamahalaan ang mga inisyatibo at interbensyon para sa maliliit na magsasaka ng niyog gamit ang pondo mula sa Coco Levy Fund.
CFIDP 2022-2026
Kasunod ng pagsasabatas ng CFITF Act, nabuo at inaprubahan ng Pangulo ng Pilipinas ang Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) 2022-2026. Ipapatupad ito sa pangunguna ng Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) kasama ang labin-apat (14) pang mga ahensya na natukoy ng batas.
Ang CFIDP ay susuriin bawat limang (5) taon upang matukoy ang kaangkupan ng mga programa, proyekto, at serbisyo sa pangangailangan at potensyal ng mga magsasaka ng niyog at ng kanilang pamilya.

May-ari o namamahala ng hindi hihigit sa limang (5) ektarya ng niyugan;
Tagapangasiwa o nangungupahan sa hindi hihigit sa limang (5) ektarya ng niyugan; o
Manggagawa sa niyugan o nagpuproseso ng mga produkto mula rito bilang pangunahing kabuhayan.
