Program Description
The CFITF Health and Medical Program is designed to provide access to healthcare services for coconut farmers and their dependents. The program operates through two main service windows:
Hospitalization and Medical Care Assistance, and Mobile Health Services, ensuring no coconut farmer is left without access to basic health needs.

Who Can Avail?
Principal Members
All CFIDP-eligible coconut farmers registered in the NCFRS.
Legal Spouse / Common-law Partner
Qualified dependent of the registered farmer.
Children (20 years old and below)
Unmarried, unemployed; legitimate, illegitimate, adopted, stepchildren, or foster children.
Children (21 and above)
Those suffering from congenital or acquired disability rendering them totally dependent (not included in DOH PWD registry).

Where to File or Send Request
For Hospitalization and Medical Care Assistance, file a request at the nearest PCA Regional or Provincial Office and Partner Hospitals.
For Mobile Health Services, visit or contact the nearest PCA Regional or Provincial Office for the schedule of visits in your area.
